Shipping Policy

We fulfill orders from two locations: our US warehouse and our European distribution center. Availability is shown on each product page — items marked "In stock in the USA" ship domestically.

Delivery times & rates (United States)

• US-stocked items: delivered in 3–5 business days.
• All other items: shipped from Europe with tracked international delivery in 7–12 business days.
• Cost: $14.90 standard shipping — FREE on orders over $99.

International delivery (outside the US)

• Tracked international shipping, delivered in 10–15 business days.
• Cost: $19.90 — FREE on orders over $149.
• Orders shipped to destinations outside the US may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. If your order contains items from both warehouses it may arrive in separate parcels — you will receive tracking for each.
