Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your gear. If something isn't right, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery.

Return conditions

• Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks can only be returned unopened.
• Personalized or visibly used items cannot be returned.

How to start a return

1. Email info@druna-sports.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply within one business day with the return address and instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
3. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or a full refund — including shipping — at no cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange (for example, a different size) is to place a new order for the item you want and return the original for a refund.
